Requirements for the deploying a Java AIMMS SDK application in standalone mode

On both the Windows as well as the Linux platform the aimmssdk jar should be load-/resolvable by the Java Runtime Environment. Additionally you need to provide the AIMMS host files that allow the SDK to start the AIMMS host process.
